Bollywood actor Rakul Preet
broke her silence on the rape incidents in the country. She said that there
should be a public punishment for rape accused to set an example so that others
cannot think of doing it. She said, “One severe lesson will create fear in
other people’s mind who not even thinks of doing something like this.”
