On Thursday a dalit youth was strangulated in the districts of
Muzafarnagar in Uttar Pradesh. The police officials have said that the body was
found nearby the tubewell in the village. Since Wednesday he had been missing.
The police said that two individuals have been arrested in respect of this
matter.
