Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced a
credit worth $1-billion for the improvement of Russia’s Far East. Prime
minister said that this may be recommended as a take off point for conducting Far
East policy in the session of respective 5th Eastern Economic Forum
in Vladivostok. In 2004 a line of credit
was initiated for the improvement of developing countries, however, respective
credit was extended to a developed country. Modi’s declaration for credit for
Russian seems to be an intelligible proclaim for the development of investment
in terms of oil as well as mineral rich provinces.
