Alia Bhatt broke down in tears talking about her elder
sister shaheen Bhatt’s battle with depression.
Shaheen has written a book about her tryst with depression. Alia Bhatt
recently attended ‘We The Women' event held in Mumbai and broke down the moment
she started talking about her elder sister Shaheen Bhatt's battle with
depression. Shaheen had earlier revealed on social media how she has fought
depression since she was about 13-year-old and has also penned a book about the
same. Talking about her sister's struggling phase, Alia said that despite
staying with her sister all her life, she only understood her emotions after
reading the book. Later, taking to her Instagram handle, the 'Kalank' actress
shared a picture with Shaheen and captioned it as, 'Here comes the sun No
better feeling than talking about your sisters first book! @shaheen you are
brilliant and I love you'.
