Mehbooba Mufti has moved to new jail in Srinagar which is
close to her home. Since August 4, the PDP leader has been in detention. She has
been moved to warmer makeshift jail that is fully equipped with better heating
arrangements as well as other facilities in Srinagar. Mehobooba has been shifted because her
daughter has made claims to the central government in respect of poor heating
arrangements in the jail and the health of her mother was also not well
